We don’t force your life revolve around fitness, we help incorporate fitness into your life. No matter what you have going on—if you’re in school full time, working multiple jobs, trying to juggle kids with work— we’ll find a plan that fits best for you.

Personalized Workouts

Gladden Gains coaches are Certified Personal Trainers that are tailored towards your goals, whether you want to work out 1 day or 6 days a week.

Nutrition Guidance

Nutritionists will teach you methods on how to pair nutrition with your fitness goals. No meal plans here, learning the why behind choices is most important.

Ongoing Support

Whether things are going perfectly on track or not, we keep up with you through in-app messaging, weekly check-ins, and optional calls at the end of each block of the program.

Initial Coaching Application

We begin with a comprehensive understanding of your history, goals, and lifestyle. This holistic approach, encompassing habits and nutrition, ensures a tailor-made fitness journey just for you.

Follow Up Call


If we’re a good fit, we’ll hop on a 45 minute call to go over your goals, history, any questions you may have, what we are thinking for your program, and more.

Fitness Assessment


We’ll talk about past exercise experience and analyze squat, hinge, push, and pull movements to determine how best to start.

Personalized Program

We’ll deliver a program based on our thorough insight to your wants and needs including warmups, cardio recommendations, and workouts.

Personalized Nutrition Guidance

We’ll work with you to figure out the best approach for nutrition. Whether it’s as simple as being mindful in increasing protein, or specific as tracking macros, we’ll find a pathway that best fits your history and goals.

06.

Ongoing Support

You will never be confused or not know what to do. With in-app messaging, email check-ins, and optional monthly calls, we’ll stay on top of your goals and address challenges as they arise.
